PI Speed Control Loop


The PI Speed Control Loop is implemented with simple PI controller.

The controller is activated at FOC cycle rate for fast control.

A simple anti windup function is implemented to avoid unwanted oscillation.

As because the speed control works in mechanical time constant domain usually a more sophisticated speed loop or motion control loop is required by using s/w approach C/C++ or specific FPGA IP tailored on application. A specific desing service can be supplied by QDESYS.
