TLIMOT Silicon Carbide 3-levels inverter

We engineered a Multilevel Silicon Carbide converter that provide more than two levels of voltage to achieve smoother and less distorted dc-to-ac power conversion for motor drives and energy applications.

3-Level inverter have the following benefits:

1. Smaller output voltage steps that mitigate motor issues due to long power cables between the inverter and the motor.
2. Reduced surge voltages and rate of voltage rise at the motor terminals and motor shaft bearing currents.
3. Cleaner output waveform providing an effective switching frequency twice that of the actual switching frequency.
